Municipal Court
The Everson/Nooksack Municipal Court processes both traffic and criminal misdemeanor citations where the violation occured within the City limits of Everson or Nooksack.
Court is in session the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Court convenes at 9:00 AM in the Everson Community Center located behind Everson City Hall at 111 W. Main Street.
