Finance Director/City Clerk
This position is responsible for the efficient administration of all city governmental departments. The Finance Director/City Clerk oversees the Finance Department, which consists of the utility billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cashiering, public works finance, and municipal court, as well as the maintenance department and public works/building inspection departments. The Finance Director/City Clerk serves as the administrative secretary to the Mayor as well as the City Council and is the city's designated Public Records Officer.

Please remember, all utility bill payments are due by 4:30 PM on the last day of each month.
