Everson Municipal Court processes both traffic and criminal misdemeanor citations where the violation has occurred within the city limits of Everson, or Nooksack. Court is in session the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Court convenes at 9:00 AM., and is held in the Everson Senior Center, located behind City Hall, on Main Street.
The service of fingerprinting is also available Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 - 4:00 PM.
There is a $10.00 fee per card for this service for residents of Everson and Nooksack and $20.00 fee per card for all other residents.
Debit / Credit card phone payments now accepted at City Hall!
You can now pay over the phone for all Municipal Court related services with your credit and debit cards. This includes:
- Municipal Court payments
- Notary documents
- Fingerprinting cards
- Concealed Pistol Licenses *may require additional fees
