Everson Municipal Court processes both traffic and criminal misdemeanor citations where the violation has occurred within the city limits of Everson, or Nooksack. Court is in session the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Court convenes at 9:00 AM., and is held in the Everson Senior Center, located behind City Hall, on Main Street.
The service of fingerprinting is also available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. There is a $10.00 fee per card for this service.
