Clerk Treasurer/City Administrator
This position is responsible for the efficient administration of all city governmental departments. The clerk treasurer/city administrator oversees the finance department, which consists of the utility billing, accounts payable, payroll, cashiering, public works finance, miscellaneous billing, and municipal court, as well as the maintenance department and public works/building inspection departments. The clerk treasurer serves as the administrative secretary to the mayor as well as the city council.
